CSX DECLARES DIVIDEND

RICHMOND, Va., Feb. 13, 2002 - The board of directors of CSX Corporation today approved regular quarterly dividends on the company's common stock.  The 10 cents per share dividend is payable March 15, 2002, to shareholders of record on Feb. 25, 2002.
