It "Paves" to Abandon
Below is a picture of a crossing that was paved over with the railroad's permission.   Is it ok to pave over lines, provide no service, and then abandon them?  What does the STB have to say about this?  Watch for the answer soon.
	Several rail shippers claim that rail lines were effectively abandoned years ago, because the rail line serving them abandoned the lines by having them paved over; allow bridges to fall into disrepair.
