HELP!
Does anyone out there know if their state has a rail plan?  Originally there were federal funds available to help states 'rail-bank'.  We at DepotNews are trying to get more information on rail-banking. Any support or enlightenment would be appreciated.

Why read about rail problems in Kansas?  Well, because these same issues will be coming to a rural community near you too!.  Also, if you happen to consume any type of breads, grains or beef - then eventually you will be affected.
