Where::  Kingman Kansas - circa 1997?

What are they doing?   The 'train' from the Englewood branch (I guess that is the Protection branch) - has met up with the Kingman turn.  The engines are being refueled prior to making a trip in to Wichita.

Will It Ever be Repeated? With CKR wanting to re-route trains via Conway Springs to Wichita (which would be like taking a trip to San Francisco, from Los Angles - but going through Salt Lake City first) - and CKR abandoning from Coats to Protection - the scene will likely not be played out again.
